Wanted: E-commerce Manager (FT)

Horend Goed is the independent hearing care specialist in the Zaan region. We are entrepreneurial, sociable, a bit cheeky and have a deep-rooted passion for everything to do with (h)ears. In addition to an audicien store in Krommenie, we are also a household name online. We supply more than 1,300 different products through various marketplaces throughout Europe and are growing fast. To cope with this growth we are now looking for a full-time e-commerce manager at our distribution center in De Ondernemerscentrale in the always lively Tuitjenhorn!

This is where you come to work

What will you do?

You will be the chief of our e-commerce operations. You will manage our marketplaces, orders and returns (which of course we never have, but still), answer customer questions and solve any problems. You will manage your team, but you are also not afraid to roll up your sleeves and pick an order yourself.

When are you a match?

• You reside in North Holland.
• You have up to 3 years of work experience, we are looking for a new talent eager to learn and grow with you.
• You are sociable and spontaneous. We are not a funeral home, we take our work seriously but also love a joke.
• You are independent and precise. Of course we are happy to help you, but ultimately you have to pull the cart.
• You are entrepreneurial and proactive. All ideas are always welcome, even the craziest ones.
• You like it nice and normal to tackle. We are entrepreneurs and never sit still, and we love that.
• You have some knowledge of, and affinity for, e-commerce. It’s nice when you do what you like right?
• You have problem solving skills. We are known for our service, customer friendliness and personal approach, we are proud of that.
• Knowledge of marketplaces (including Bol.com, Amazon, Blokker) is a plus.
• Being able to read and write multiple languages (specifically English, German, French, Italian, Spanish) is a plus.
