Many are familiar with the problem that, especially in company, it is difficult –or not at all– to follow a conversation if it is even slightly noisy (birthdays, restaurant, café, etc). Just when it gets cozy for everyone, hearing isolation occurs! Some have become very adept at seemingly answering questions (which they have not understood). Looking at the speaker very closely helps somewhat.
But it’s actually still poverty. Do you recognize yourself in this?
Then there may be a solution for you: the Geemarc LH-10 listening aid.
Basically, it consists of a hand unit with a very sensitive microphone and advanced amplifier plus earphones (like from a walkman). You can set the hand unit to use the built-in sensitive microphone or to pick up the signal from an induction loop / telecoil present in the room. Powerful gain 30 dB
Sound control: +/- 10 dB (more treble or more bass)
Balance control (more gain on one ear than the other)
3.5 mm headset jack
2.5 mm jack for optional external microphone
Dimensions: 5.7 x 2.7 x 10 cm
Manual: English / French / German / Spanish (No Dutch, but not difficult to understand) Power supply:
— rechargeable Lithium battery (included; operating time 8 to 10 hours), or
— regular AAA batteries (optional; not included.
Especially meant in case you ”on the road” unexpectedly find yourself with a dead battery) For charging the Lithium battery, the common USB to micro-USB cable is included.

BUT WITHOUT ADAPTER.
You can connect this cable to USB power adapters that you may already have from your cell phone, or to a computer’s USB output.
Or you can order a 5v USB charger with it.
NOTE: You can also insert normal AAA batteries; but you should definitely not try to charge them. Only the included Lithium battery is suitable for this purpose!
