With incredible pride we can tell you that last week we launched our new brand Zorgwol! From now on Zorgwol is available at www.zorgwol.nl and of course in our own webshop.

Wool at an audicien?

Yes! Because we are not just audiologists, we are human beings with a passion for care in the broadest sense of the word. We are dedicated to the comfort and well-being of people and animals, and Care Wool is an excellent fit for that. An honest and natural product with endless care applications.

What is Zorgwol?

Care wool is a blend of 100% German sheep’s wool. It has unique natural properties, making it ventilating, absorbent and pressure relieving. In addition, it contains lanolin, also known as wool fat, which cares for, repairs and protects the skin. Care wool helps with blisters, eczema, diaper rash, chafing and irritation spots and nipple fissures, among others. It is ideal for hikers, athletes, partygoers, babies and young mothers.

Sheep-friendly

We are committed to the honesty of Care Wool. We take the utmost care to ensure that it is obtained completely sheep-friendly and absolutely no mulesing, a process in which parts of the rear of the sheep are cut away to create scar tissue. As a result, wool no longer grows there, preventing disease, but the sheep suffers horrible pain. We obviously do not participate in this, we are fully committed to animal welfare!

Sustainable

In addition to being sheep friendly, we also work exclusively with sustainable and environmentally friendly packaging. No plastic bags as with our competitors, but quality cardboard boxes in which you can store the wool and which can be recycled after use. It’s all in the details.

carbon offsetting

Last but not least, we think it’s important to offset our carbon footprint. Isn’t that neat? That is why we donate €1 from every sale to Trees for All, a non-profit organization that plants trees worldwide. This way we offset our CO2 emissions and contribute to a better climate, better biodiversity and a healthier environment for everyone.
